Butterflies Bereavement Support
Butterflies Bereavement Support provides services for adults in Hampshire affected by bereavement. This includes one-to-one counselling available in person, by phone, or online, with sliding-scale fees. There are also local drop-in groups and a Friendship Service with regular calls from trained volunteers.
Cats Protection - Paws to Listen (Pet Bereavement Support)
Paws to Listen offers emotional support for people grieving the loss of a cat or facing end-of-life decisions. Trained volunteers provide confidential, non-judgemental support by phone or email.

Hospice UK - Dying Matters
The Dying Matters campaign encourages open and honest conversations about dying, death, and bereavement. It provides resources and community activities to help people and families talk about end-of-life care and cope with loss.
SANDS
Sands provides compassionate, trauma-informed support for anyone affected by the loss of a baby. Support includes one-to-one and group bereavement support by phone, email, and online, as well as a nationwide network of peer-support groups and Sands United football teams. Sands also offers memory boxes and other bereavement resources to help families feel supported and connected.
Alongside this, Sands campaigns for safer maternity care and supports research and professional training to help improve care for families after baby loss.
SANDS United
Sands United FC Basingstoke is a football club for men affected by baby loss, including fathers and other male family members. The club uses football to bring men together, offering peer support and connection with others who understand the experience of loss.
