Lady Colman, BDDF Life Patron
Lady Judith Colman has been our patron for several years.
In recognition of her loyalty and support, the Board of Trustees awarded Lady Colman the title of Life Patron for BDDF.
Maria Miller MP, Patron
Maria Miller has been Basingstoke's MP since 2005. She has previously held the position of Minister for Disabled People and Chair of the Women and Equalities Select Committee.
Maria has kindly supported BDDF at members' events and fundraising activities for several years. She has been a BDDF Patron since May 2018.
Councillor Simon Bound, Patron
Deputy Leader, Cabinet Member for Communities, Culture and Partnerships Simon Bound is another of BDDF's regular supporters.
Simon has been a BDDF patron since May 2018.
As Deputy Leader, he is Vice-Chair of the Cabinet and deputises for the Leader in his absence. His specific portfolio covers:
